All In House.

...and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

All our homes are designed, developed, and built by us. Our holistic approach is more than a process, it’s a mindset. Bringing together many minds, all under the same roof - nurturing one vision, from the first sketches to handing over the keys.

Whilst most residential developers outsource the design and construction elements of bringing a project to life - Vabel doesn’t. Having experienced the disconnect between developer and their external consultants and delivery teams, who often work independently of each other, we knew we had an opportunity to do things differently – better even.

At Vabel we have the core disciplines of architecture, interior design, project management and construction in-house. We are accountable for everything we do. We find our purpose in collaborating to revolutionise the quality of new build homes and how they’re conceptualised, designed and built.

Placing the living experience at the heart of our process, we apply a human approach to designing buildings. Combining innovative technologies with age-old craftsmanship we build homes with a deep appreciation for both form and function with an unwavering dedication to quality.

Our innovative approach allows a more considered and powerful way of working. It ensures the heart and soul of each property remains true to our original vision and gives each discipline a seat at the table. It’s intelligent, collaborative, and empowering.

Our wealth of expertise allows for bolder, more confident decision-making. By having at the outset a very clear vision of the concept – combined with the capability, processes and overarching strategy to achieve it – we create homes that feel good to live in, to grow in. Homes that function all day, every day - from the mundane to memorable moments of life.

We believe we’ve created something quite special. An approach and mindset, that imbues each project and forms the foundation for effortlessly liveable homes that are connected to place. Want to learn more? Get in touch or book a viewing.
