Placing the interior spatial experience at the heart of our process, we apply a human approach to designing buildings, seeking to create a beautiful way of life for those who will live in our homes. So we were thrilled to be recognised with two awards at The Evening Standard’s 2022 New Home Awards, which is judged by both readers of the newspaper and industry experts.
Firstly, we took home the award for Best First-time Buyer Home for Vabel Lawrence, our project in Seven Sisters, North London. The category was for reasonably priced, outstanding starter homes that do not compromise on design, style and construction quality.

As we design and construct every detail of the buildings, we were so pleased that the judges recognised that our craftspeople work to exacting standards, with care and dedication to ensure the finish of each element is in keeping with our elevated designs.
Secondly, our project Vabel Chamberlayne in Kensal Green was awarded Best Small Development, and described by the paper as “hip, minimal flats in an ultra-modern new building.” This award was for developments or conversions of up to 60 homes that create a sense of place and allows residents to feel part of a community.

We were thrilled to celebrate how the project is connected to its environment and embedded in the local neighbourhood. We know how important it is to feel connected, so we carefully orientate and design our spaces and landscaping to facilitate new social interactions and improve wellbeing.
