Since 2009, we've been crafting homes across London, from Mayfair to Marylebone, Kentish Town to Kensal Rise. Each one loved. Explore a selection of our previous projects.

Kensal Green
Step inside and feel the hustle and bustle of North West London melt away. Fronted by an intricate metal veil which creates a sense of privacy while allowing natural light to flood into the homes and workspaces within.
Set around a lush, communal landscaped garden, this is a place you’ll look forward to returning to. Each of the 17 homes has been designed with comfort at its core, with carefully curated spaces, contemporary fixtures and layers of texture, tone and material. Your own oasis in the city.

Great Portland Street
Just off Oxford Street, on the fringes of Fitzrovia and a stroll away from Marylebone, Soho and Regent’s Park, London living doesn’t come more central than this. And yet, step inside each of these serene and stylish penthouses and the bustle of the city drifts away.
Huge windows let natural light flood in. Spacious, open-plan layouts allow life to flow freely. While all around, the panoramic views of the London skyline create an exhilarating backdrop. With exquisite materials, design and detailing, plus wraparound terraces, these penthouses are a cut above. Quite literally.

Chalk Farm
Every so often you stroll through a bit of London that you don’t want to leave. A little pocket that’s so full of life, so interesting, so real, that you want to come home to it every day.
This is Chalk Farm, with Vabel Haverstock sitting at its very heart. With its white façade, sculptural shapes and minimalist curves, its striking presence brings a modern classic to the familiar streets. Purity of form. Simplicity of material. A place you’ll be excited to call home.

A design rooted in North London’s architectural heritage, where Georgian townhouses and modernist mansion blocks, rub up against Victorian pubs and canalside terraces. A confident classic, with a modern twist, with curves and corners, sculpted from white washed bricks. Built with love, for life, twenty-nine light filled apartments, flow from east to west and sitting up top a landscaped terrace. We shouldn't have favourites but this may be our proudest one yet.
“The simplicity of the façade and its sweeping statement curves has got to be the most striking feature. The white brickwork running from base to peak lends itself towards the Bauhaus aesthetic and treats the building as a sculptural object.”
— MAX BONTOFT - PROJECT ARCHITECT, VABEL

Elevating day-to-day activities from routine to ritual, carefully crafted fittings and ample storage make life effortless. Gather family and friends around a perfectly planned kitchen – made to weather the early morning madness and mid-day meals, designed as a beautiful backdrop to delicious dinner parties. Retreat to the expansive master suite with a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with elegant vanity, sculpted from Italian terrazzo. A serene space to enjoy some all important me-time.

Kentish Town
Some landmarks get their status not because of how much they stand out, but because of how well they fit in. How they become part of the fabric of an area, shaping the streetscape until it’s impossible to imagine life without them.
On the corner of Kentish Town Road and Prince of Wales Road, standing proud with intricate brickwork and alluring arched windows, this is one such building. Iconic. Unique. Everyday. And now carefully reimagined to bring each elegant feature into a very contemporary future.

Lovingly restored brickwork. Impressive arched windows. Character in every corner, and every corridor. A contemporary classic.
“It was brilliant to reuse bricks we already had on site, reclaimed materials that haven’t travelled. They’ve gone from one hand, many years ago when the building was created, to another hand in the present day, and gone back into that building.”
— NICK EVANS - ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT, VABEL
Spacious and thoughtfully designed, each of the twelve apartments has been created for modern living. Natural light floods the space through intricate crittal windows. Muted tonal colours create a calming canvas for everyday life. While plush finishes and contemporary fixtures add an air of subtle sophistication.
Taking inspiration from the building’s period architecture, the material palette is founded in early 20th century tones. The kitchen features rich, dark oak cabinetry with brushed brass and reeded-glass accents. Glazed brick tiles and atmospheric accent lighting feature throughout, with bespoke bathroom vanity units elevating everyday routines to serene rituals. From slow Sunday brunches to mid-week dinner parties, there’s space for everything - and everyone - you love, in this contemporary classic.

Mayfair
When is a townhouse not a townhouse? Behind the impressive original façade, lovingly restored as part of the project, this Georgian house was fully demolished and lovingly rebuilt from scratch. The new layout features five bedrooms including two master suites and staff quarters, formal and informal reception rooms, a cinema room, study, private external terrace, lift and a two storey internal living wall. Within walking distance of Berkeley Square and Hyde Park, it is a spectacular home in every way. And it even won ‘Best Single Unit, London’ at the International Property Awards just to prove it.

Queens Park
From family home to architectural spectacular. We transformed this pair of Arts & Crafts houses in Brondesbury Park to create crisp, clean spaces for everyday family life. Each of the six-bedroom houses was stripped back to its structure and re-planned and extended throughout, with the original brick façades restored. At the front, cobbled driveways create a grand entranceway, while at the back an unreservedly minimalist lateral extension offered spacious open plan modern living, with views onto landscaped terraces and gardens offering tranquil spaces for soaking up the south-facing sun. Home sweet home.

West Hampstead
We think the best ideas come from constraints – physical limitations that force us to think creatively and adventurously. So when we came across this cosy corner of West Hampstead, on the site of former garages, we just couldn’t resist the challenge. We worked with what was available to create three space-defying homes. Each has two en-suite bathrooms, open-plan living, a private front driveway, green roof and rear garden. The project won ‘Best Small Development’ at the London Evening Standard Property Awards – proof that small spaces can offer big opportunities.
